• FedEx does not pick up packages on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
• My store is closed every Tuesday.
• In 2024, there are 9 national holidays falling on Mondays.

Due to these reasons, FedEx will be paused for 5 days from Saturday to Wednesday a surprising 9 times in 2024. After receiving the tracking number, if there is no movement for a while, it is likely due to these breaks, so please refrain from making inquiries during those times.

The 9 instances are as follows:

• January 6th to 10th
• February 10th to 14th
• End of April to early May (a long break, details will be provided later)
• July 12th to 17th
• August 10th to 14th
• September 14th to 18th
• October 12th to 16th
• November 2nd to 6th

Additionally, I, Hiroshi, am not a dedicated staff for international sales.I have many other responsibilities and go on business trips for a few days every month. During my business trips, a substitute staff will handle shipments. However, I won't be able to reply to email inquiries, so please refrain from chasing for a response even if there is a delay.
