We have made changes to the shipping method selection screen on the cart page. Except for a few countries, you can now choose from the following three options, as shown in the image above:

• FedEx or EMS
• Only FedEx
• Only EMS

EMS operates every day without holidays, whereas FedEx is closed on weekends and Japanese national holidays, totaling around 120 days a year.

During weekends and long holidays, my room gets flooded with FedEx packages. Therefore, if possible, I would appreciate it if you could select "FedEx or EMS."

The following countries can only use EMS:

• Korea, China, Taiwan – Due to our contract conditions with FedEx, EMS is significantly cheaper.
• Australia, New Zealand – FedEx shipping costs are extremely high.

However, if you still prefer FedEx shipping for these countries, please write "Send with FedEx" in the comment section.

About EMS Tracking Delays

For EMS shipments, tracking may remain unchanged for an extended period at certain statuses.

 Although it may appear as if the package is stuck in Japan, this is not the case—it is actually in the destination country.

Since tracking tends to stop at this stage, we often receive email inquiries. Please note that this is a normal status and does not indicate an issue.
